We need to get things moving in the Skowhegan/Madison area! What's new with everyone? Anyone looking to get together with a drooling 3 month old and her tired mommy? I'm curious what the winter is going to be like. It's my first as a stay at home mom and I already have cabin fever. All the best to you!!

I'm not really IN Skowhegan, but I've been poking around the Skowhegan town website and I found this:

There's some fun stuff there... I especially like "Messes and Masterpieces" and "Teddy Bear Picnic"... those two programs are for parents with little ones.

And here: http://www.skowhegan.org/pdf/departments/rec/programs/2009-winter-adult.pdf there were some listings for adult stuff, including a "women only" open gym time on Sunday afternoons..... might even be nice to get out for some Mommy Alone time! :-)

Just a few ideas.... anyone else got some?

Hi there,

I'm a stay at home mom in Skowhegan and would love to get together with other moms. None of my friends have babies so Emmett and I could use some socialization! We should set something up!
